Safar is a visual habit journal application that allows users to track their progress and build routines using photos and videos. The Service enables users to create habits, log their daily progress, and share their milestones.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, You must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of Your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is available under both a free plan and a paid PRO subscription plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, You authorise Us to charge Your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except in these circumstances:

• Explicitly stated trial periods where refunds are mentioned.
• Technical issues preventing service access that cannot be resolved by Us in a timely manner.
• Billing errors made by the Company.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content (such as photos and videos) that you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. The Service itself, including its trademarks, logos, and original content, is the exclusive property of the Company.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We strongly advise You to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. The entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service, or 100 USD if You have not purchased anything.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Company. If unresolved, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to the United States government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any later time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
